We’re helping out Penny Lee, host of Creative Mornings Sheffield on the 28th of June, by stepping in to co-host with friend of the studio, Leanne Mallinshaw. The event will feature Angga Kara, who, as a response to suicide being the highest cause of death among men who are 18-45, developed a concept called called MEN UP NORTH.
MEN UP NORTH (M.U.N) are men only group sessions that create a safe space to have open honest conversations, with the focus being on men’s mental health, and suicide prevention.
Make sure to come down, for what is no doubt going to be an insightful and inspiring talk, as well as grabbing some free breakfast with a great opportunity to meet new people within the Sheffield creative scene.
Make sure you come over and say hello – the event is hosted at the Sheffield Institute of Arts and will run from 8:30am -10:00.
